　　　Chongqing Xinhua Hui Industrial Co., Ltd. was established in 2014 and is located in Dianjiang County, Chongqing. The company’s registered capital stands at RMB 20 million. Its principal business activities include fabric textile processing, the production of industrial textiles, and the sale of finished industrial textile products. The company currently employs 75 staff members and operates 350 intelligent air-jet looms and 6 sizing machines. It has an annual production capacity of 100 million meters of cotton grey cloth and 100 million meters of sized yarn, with an annual output value of RMB 250 million. More than 95% of its products are exported to countries in Africa after being processed by dyeing and finishing mills.

　　To drive the industrial upgrading of traditional manufacturing, the company has increased its R&D investment in the textile sector and has obtained four textile invention patents and fourteen textile utility‑model patents.
　　In December 2020, the company signed an investment agreement with the Management Committee of Chongqing Dianjiang Industrial Park for the construction of an integrated textile R&D and production line project, with an annual capacity of 120 million meters of TC fabric, featuring green and intelligent manufacturing. Located within the county‑town cluster of the Dianjiang Industrial Park, the project has a total investment of RMB 500 million, including fixed‑asset investment of RMB 250 million. The proposed site covers approximately 77 mu, and will include about 55,000 square meters of production facilities and ancillary buildings, as well as five TC‑fabric production lines. The facility will produce green, intelligent textile greige fabrics and other textile products, with an annual output of 120 million meters. Upon completion and commissioning, the project is expected to generate an annual output value of RMB 300 million and contribute RMB 10 million in taxes and profits.
