Chongqing Xinhua Hui Industrial Co., Ltd. was established on May 14, 2014, with its registered address at No. 2 Chaoyang Road, Guiyang Subdistrict, Dianjiang Industrial Park, Chongqing. The company’s registered capital stands at RMB 20 million. Its principal business activities include fabric textile processing, the production of industrial textiles, and the sale of finished industrial textile products. The legal representative is Fu Dengchun, and the company currently employs 118 staff members. It operates 350 intelligent air-jet looms and six sizing machines, with an annual output of 100 million meters of cotton grey cloth and 100 million meters of sized yarn. To drive the industrial upgrading of traditional manufacturing, the company has significantly increased its R&D investment in the textile sector, securing two textile invention patents and 14 utility‑model patents. In December 2020, the company signed an investment agreement with the Management Committee of Chongqing Dianjiang Industrial Park for the construction of an integrated production‑research project—a green, intelligent textile production line capable of producing 120 million meters of TC fabric annually. Located within the county‑town cluster of the Dianjiang Industrial Park, the project entails a total investment of RMB 500 million, including RMB 250 million in fixed‑asset investment. The planned site covers approximately 77 mu, with plans to build about 55,000 square meters of production facilities and ancillary buildings, and to establish five TC‑fabric production lines. The facility will produce 120 million meters per year of eco‑friendly, smart‑technology‑enabled textile greige fabrics and other textile products. Upon completion and commissioning, the project is expected to generate an annual output value of RMB 165 million and an annual profit of RMB 11 million.
